Patricia Ward was born in Warburton, where she has spent her whole life. She began painting from an early age and has grown up surrounded by the strong artistic traditions of her community. Patricia loves to paint the salt lakes of her Country, often representing them from an aerial view. Her paintings capture the patterns and colours of the land as seen from above, reflecting the deep connection between people and Country.
