Sally Lane has spent her life in Warburton, Western Australia, and has a strong connection to the Country surrounding her community. Painting brings Sally great joy and is an important part of her creative practice. She especially enjoys painting the landscapes around Warburton, drawing inspiration from the sandhills, rockholes and the colours and forms of the Country she knows so well. Through her paintings, Sally shares her connection to place and the landscapes that have been part of her life.
